These Resolutions were read during a Seminar on "Human Rights and Democracy in Punjab" held on Human Rights Day (10 December, 2010) at Punjabi Bhawan, Ludhiana (Punjab). This seminar was organized by Shiromani Akali Dal (Panch Pardhani).
These resolution were read by Bhai Harpal Singh Cheema on behalf of Presidium, which presided over the seminar.
