PATIALA: Sikh Students federation on Monday has given a call for Punjab Bandh on November 3 to mark the death anniversary of November -84 genocide.
In après release issued here SSF president Parmjieet Singh said that ‘WE, the Sikhs, believe in justice & equity but their no justice for victims of November 1984 genocide even after 25 years.’
Various Sikh organizations will observe strike on November 3 to mark 25th anniversary of third holocaust of Sikh history, in which thousands of Sikhs were massacred at various places in India after assassination of the then prime minister of India.
Terming it as an unimagined Catastrophe, the Sikh Students Federation declared that the Sikh genocide of 1984 was unbelievable, unforgettable and unforgivable. ‘The victims of this massacre are not some Sikh families that suffered loss of lives and property, rather this inhuman program has victimized the whole humanity’ said press release.
